Golden row…

The autumn colours seem to be notably down in their colour array in most parts of Victoria this season, most likely due to the cool and very wet summer. Likewise most of the poplar trees have little to no foliage at all, this is apparently due to a disease they currently have, but will recover from over a couple of years.

I have managed to find a couple of areas where they are looking great though. This is a more abstract take  on a row of poplars during a beautiful autumn afternoon. The spots you can see in the image are random leaves gently wafting in the breeze – pretty cool on the full size file…

  1. Great concept and image Tone, not sure about the couple of floaters though. Maybe there needs to be more?

    • hey AB – yeah was a bit undecided about them myself, if it was to only be this web size where you can only see 2, then I’d lean towards getting rid of them too.

  2. Nice and simple Tony, great work mate.

    • Thanks Ben – just been posting a bit more variety of images up here lately 🙂

  3. Yep that works mate!
