This month saw the moon’s orbit at it’s closest point to earth in 20 years, this lead the media to label it a ‘supermoon’. I took this opportunity to incorporate it in an image at twilight. Mixed with the wet sand of a receding tide I came up with this image.

‘ stairway to the supermoon ‘

Not bad Tony, I tried for a similar shot at Conway Beach but the cloud beat me!
Spewing about the cloud Tim – that is usually a problem that haunts us down here when there is something to be seen int he night sky.
cheers,
Nice image Tony, great reflection.
Thanks Ben, it was a bit of a battle in the gusty winds – the water/reflections kept coming and going with the gusts. The sand blasting from behind was just enjoyable.. 🙂
Great shot Tony. nice bit of cloud there as well.
Thanks cleggy ! Yeah I like that little bot of cloud in there too.
cheers,
