mangrove madness…

I just got internet back after friday nights storms. The storms were high precipitation and not very photogenic but I decided to head out and try to shoot something anyway. It was hard to keep out of the rain and be in a position to be able to shoot what lightning that there was. The CG’s were sporadic at best so I wanted more to fill the frame than just a lucky bolt. So in the end I gave up on keeping dry and stuck with this composition as this particular cell moved towards me.

The title of this image will become a bit more apparent in my next post…

‘ mangrove madness ‘

  1. Nice image Tony, i like the reflection in the foreground. Looks like a safer distance away than 750m:)
