Now that’s a drop !

Gravity – it’s pretty hard to escape it here on earth… just check out this water plummeting 100+m into the lush rainforest below. Whilst this might be a pretty straight forward type of waterfall composition, sometimes there isn’t much else you can do when standing upon a cliff with nowhere to move. So with not much more to do than to stand back and just take in the inspirational work of nature.

  1. Nice waterfall shot there Tone…I have a similar one from the shoot I did with Chriistian and Nick in QLD

    • this would be one of the most awe inspiring falls that I have ever had the fortune of visiting. The dense pacific forest rearing out of the volcanic peaks. I’d love to see the falls and images from that trip someday. 🙂

  2. Looks magnificent Tone, beautiful greens.

    • cheers AB – certainly a place to behold and I can’t begin to imagine it after a TC !

  3. makes me thirsty Tone, excellent image.

    • trekking about in those tropics makes anyone thirsty for a beer mate… I wasn’t overly keen on the local brew though ‘Vailima’

  4. Glad I’m not swimming under this sucker Tone, might be pummelled to death.
    Great shot though.

  5. where’s my comment Tony???

    • now that one worked didn’t it haha. I did a much more constructive one yesterday. search through your one’s waiting to be approved and you’ll find it 🙂 lol

      • hey Stephen,
I’ve just checked again and there is no comment from you awaiting approval – damn – sounds like it was an inspired comment too – so spewing it didn’t come through ! 😦

  6. damn. well it was about 12am, with me watching the Tour De France so it was probably a load of babble anyway hahaha.

    i’ll summarize with… I LOVE IT! 🙂

    • haha – as long as it was constructive, good or funny babble mate…
      cheers 🙂

  7. Arh Beautiful shot Tony. You might say that the composition is simple but I reckon the detail and layers of tropical vegetation are just as important as the water. Stunning shot Tone.

    • hey Dave,
Very true mate and it is all those layers, tones and density that creates more than glancing interest for me too 🙂

      cheers,

  8. Hey Tony
