BACK IN 2010 ! ! !

I hope everyone had a prosperous and safe festive period.

So after a short break from the internet and blogs in which I took some time with family and also getting away. Here’s a quick post to get the 2010 ball rolling of some silos near the Vic/NSW border. These new galvinised silos were ablaze and beckoned to be shot.

    • Hi Stephen,
Cheers mate – yeah when the weather is good i’m not one for sitting about on computers, hence I (like many others) am less active online over summer.

  3. Nice shiny silos there Tone, the B&W works well.
We survived the catastrophic easy without incident, but hot everywhere.

    • cheers Tom – yeah the state did well, though with a lot more drying conditions and undoubtedly more heat to come finger crossed. We got to 42.6 with ridiculous dew points down here… ahh thanks for the beach 🙂

  4. Happy New Year Tony and great shot to start. I love the B&W processing and the lighting is great, it almost looks like a Commercial shoot with artificail lighting.

    • hi Mike,
All the best yourself and the soon to be family mate. I liked the colour version as well, but thought I’d give this the B&W treatment as well.

  5. Great shot for a black and white Tony – really suits the subject well. Welcome to 2010!!

  9. with subjects like this, you should try shooting B&W film with the 617 – made for it!

  10. A friend and I skated in one of those that was on it side in Warragul years ago, pretending it was a full pipe. Funny.
