Hopetoun Falls…

The Otway ranges to the west of Melbourne is packed with majestic cool temperate rainforests that have some truly picturesque waterfalls. With rainfall deficiencies over recent years it’s required a bit more planning (or luck) than previously to see these spots with decent flows like this.

  2. Yeah it’s one of those ‘over photographed’ spots so it makes it a bit difficult in that regard, still an stunning place though ! thanks 🙂

  3. Very nice Tony.. of all the waterfalls I have shot, Hopetoun has been my favorite. Yes over photographed but a shot all photographer should have in their collection if they ever visit the area.

      It is a pretty sweet spot and it’s difficult to go there and not pull the camera out that is for sure !
